TROPICPIC REFUND POLICY
Since TropicPic.com is offering booking photography services we do not issue refunds once the photoshoot is accomplished. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon booking your destination photoshoot. The client has to take time to study the portfolio of your chosen photographer and understand their photography quality level and artistic abilities. The client has to realize that the end result of the photoshoot depends both on the photographer and on the model, who is working in front of the camera. The photos the client receives depend on the models artistic talent, emotions, looks, makeup and hair, wardrobe, accessories, willingness to cooperate and weather conditions.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the service we supply. The refund of the booking deposit will be issued in the following circumstances:
- The booked photoshoot is cancelled by the client and the client sent TropicPic.com a notice of cancellation 1 month prior to the schedulled photoshoot
- Our photographer did not arrive to the scheduled photoshoot
- In case of unpredictable bad weather conditions during the whole day of the photoshoot it will be rescheduled to the next available date of the photographer. In case photographer doesn’t have any available dates left on the schedule the refund will be issued.
We are trying to handle all situations with understanding. If your plans has changed and you want to cancel your photoshoot later than 30 days before the shoot. We will be able to use the deposit amount you have paid towards any other future photoshoot you would want to do with TropicPic.com in any country that we work in.
The refund of all the payment will be issued is the case the photos were destroyed or lost by the camera flash card or by photographer's fault. Please, note that we didn’t have such cases before and this situation is very unlikely.
The client is entitled for the revision request if they feel the retouching of the photo didn’t meet their expectations. The revision will be held free of charge to ensure the clients satisfaction with the images retouching.
